RBCs are normochromic normocytic with moderate anisocytosis.
The number of WBCs are increased with predominant of Lymphocyte. Few atypical and mononuclear cells is seen.
PLTs are normal in count and morphology.

Comment: According to patient's history and a few suspicious cells in blood smear, more patient evaluation and close follow up recommended .
